So my friend messaged me asking for help remembering a song. Here's what I've been able to find out about the song:

>He thinks the part before "ah kah kah kah" was "hear me out"
>The song is in English, and "ah kah kah kah" was like an echo.
>The echo lasted "like 3 seconds"

Does anyone know what song he's talking about? I've been snooping around the internet for two hours, but he said none of the songs I found were it.
