Blink Wallet's jurisdiction is in El Salvador.

I live in Brazil and Brazil charges very high taxes and has the highest corruption rate, I want to protect my money from the government of Brazil, if I leave my BTC in Blink Wallet, will it notify the federal revenue of how much bitcoins I have and make the federal revenue tell me to declare income tax?
