okay so I saw a film a while ago and am looking for it again. I only remember one scene distinctly and the others are too vague or could be wrong.
there are two male teens in a bathroom and one is tall and kinda angular looking. the other is shorter and is scared or hesitant seeming.
The taller teen slowly drags out a long knife from a bag and runs it down his face I think.
that's what I remember. I think it was about delinquents, the plot, but I'm unsure
