I have an HP Laptop and replaced the battery almost a year ago but it suddenly just started shutting down randomly this week. From what I've checked it always shuts down at around 60~71% battery and I'm not sure what causes it (i generated a battery report but I dont know what to look for). Should I get a new battery or could the cause be something else?
