Is it possible to "migrate" my entire steam profile/library to a new account for safety reasons? (ie. more on the impersonal scale - to get away from more substantially toxic/catty peeps that may be keeping tabs on my Steam; especially if they have my profile under their blocklist - and simple name/URL changes won't recept that.)

Is there any chance that I can open forth a "case" to steam staff or something to "migrate" everything to a whole new account?
