i vaguely remember a cartoon, i saw it on youtube, its just a single episode

plot: the main cast are locked inside their house, after they mounted their front door the wrong way, so the only way to unlock the door is from outside. they spend the episode calling for help, and just chilling in their house. at one point they call a pizza place, so the delivery driver can unlock their front door.
they also mention that they cannot go upstairs because of a snake/spider infestation.
the show has a general "stoner" energy, in how the cast acts, their house is kinda messy.

outside this cartoon, another youtube cartoon series, like khonjin house, great:the show or something had a character, working for a pizzeria recieve a call from the cast, as they tried to escape, as a crossover / tribute, i remember a quote like "but we don't do delivery!"

i dont remember what the characters looked like, but they were animal characters, i'm fairly certain one of them was a small green one with a hat

im guessing both this cartoon, and the tribute came out ~2017

i think the cartoon was called something like "special delivery", but i couldnt find it by searching
