It's a techno song and it has a woman voice in it that goes with the rhythm, the lyrics go something like:

>I need your love-love-love-love-love-love
>I need your love-love-lovelovelove

These are probably not the actual lyrics or I would have found it by now, but it's this rhythm. Some sort of sentence, then a word that is repeated around 5 times, then the sentence again with the repetition going slightly faster at the end.

Definitely not from the 2010s or the 2020s.
