I used to watch this show a lot when I was a kid, it was aired live on Disney Junior with Hi-Five at the same time before the channel was discontinued. It's all about art and /diy/ vibe as far as I can remember (it was live show, not cartoon), and the most memorable part was how the main host created kind of "mossaic" art with bunch of things/stuff. I hope my description rings a bell.

Note: it's not obviously Handy Manny or Bob the Builder :D
