Being real, it's kinda hard to say. Everything else Fate is just spinoffs with their self-contained continuity, so it could be anything, really. The one true sequel to FSN, Hollow Ataraxia, is still VN only to this day.
Try Fate Extra or Apocrypha. Carnival Phantasm is more of a comedy show, but it's pretty great. It has Tsukihime characters so you may not get all the jokes, but it's still a fun time.
