If you have a video you need the audio off of, vlc media player can rip that easily. If you want to separate song from people tlaking, you might be able to do it with audacity but ive never been able to. I suggest contacting a musician about it.

Shazam the song, do a youtube vid to mp3 conversion, put mp3 in a soundtrack channel on video and voila, isolated music track.
If you're asking to remove music from the background noise of a video you have, then export your audio, use audacity to remove treble and other frequencies the music is producing and then BAM, done.
