I'm looking for a YouTube video of an African news broadcast I watched like 10 years ago. It was about a little black kid who was levitating above a lake. He was just completely still, levitating above the water while a crowd of onlookers watched. Then there were some witnesses being interviewed while the kid was still there above the water. The whole broadcast was in some foreign language. I think it was in Arabic, but I am not 100% sure.

This video has always stuck with me for some reason. I don't remember the title or what the channel was at all unfortunately.
