How do I find out an image's hash value? Desuarchive has the option for you to drop the image there but it doesn't seem to work.

put it on a different archive to get the hash then paste it in that one

FYI uploading on 4chan can cause the hash to be changed in some cases, as the site will strip metadata and shit like that
even an older file you saved here can have its hash changed by current 4chan because it wasn't always this way

7Zip provides a set of checksum hashes for a file on your computer: Not sure which one the archives use.

the hashes on 4chan are weird. I remember posting an image from archive (probably desu) using 4chan X and after posting the hash was different than the image from archive I used to post it.
