Yo im on a laptop from 2006 and it can only run windows 8.1. I wanna play Space Station 13 but the byond engine only works for windows 10/11. Is there a way to play byond with win 8.1 or am I just screwed?

You can just upgrade to windows 10 21H2 IoT LTSC. It's a lightweight version of windows 10, and it gets security updates until 2032. I linked the windows general so you can get started.

I got a core 2 duo running on it brah, yours will work just fine. Like I said it's a lightweight version. No bloat, no microsoft store crap. Choice is yours m8.
