Hey guys I have a JBL Live 770NC headset, that I use wired to my PC. I have a splitter cable so the headphone and mic lines are split because they have seperate inputs in my pc, however the mic isn't working.
When I plug it in, I get a message that a device is connected, and I can see it in my settings and configure it, but it's just not working when trying to record with it or using it for a call. When I use the 'test device' in settings, it results in a 0%. Picrel is the headset in my audio settings.
When I Google for a solution I just get the most obvious anwers on support sites like 'are you sure you're mic is plugged in' or 'did you set it as your recording device', never answers to this specific problem. Does anyone know a fix for this?
