I'm looking for an artwork I saw a long time ago. It had an isometric view of what looked like a hangar with a tank, surrounded by chibi soldiers in white military outfits doing different activities. The scene was very detailed, similar to the art style of metal slug or Akira Toriyama, and had a snowy theme. One detail I remember clearly is a character who looked like a general, with short white hair, a white cape, and a sword at his waist.
I first saw it sometime before 2016, but I haven't been able to find it again. If this sounds familiar to anyone, I'd appreciate your help.
