Any good apps, softwares, online websites where I create maps, create borders of civilizations that once existed throughout history, and where I can create constantly changing borders during a war? Also having the option to create it anywhere in the world and at the same time in small regions and global regions to where the whole globe is shown. I prefer if it were free but if theres an option which is really good then I might be willing to spend money on it. Also it can't look shit.
