I have this model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5351931/files and I want to add ribs on the outside like pic related as well as replace the handle to look like the pic, as well. Can you do that?

The idea is to 3d print it and have it fit inside a Hario V60 brewer to make the paper filter sit flush on the walls of the brewer. I don't understand 3D printing at all but I'm hoping when I send the file to a 3D printing service I'd get something that actually fits the dimensions.
The V60 is supposed to be: Width 137 mm, Depth 116 mm, Height 102 mm.

It's a bit big, but it doesn't matter for its function.
I would make it smaller tho. And maybe add vertical holes so I can set it in, and pour water through it onto the paper.
