If it's basic "download this video" then yeah I'm sure it's fine, but I have to keep a notepad document with all my frequent commands because it's so hard to remember them

so learn to make burner accounts, you'll need a lot of them
log into them on firefox then add as an argument to yt-dlp when calling it:
--cookies-from-browser firefox

Does Jdownloader2 allow you to skip login cookies? If not then what's the point? It's a shady looking piece of software and you're better off with yt-dlp
