First heard it in an Ebola-Chan video form like 2014 and it was named "Happy Morning" by Tamara or Tahara (I don't remember the singer's name that well).
The video of the song was deleted and then the Ebola one was too.
I was thinking of adding it to a game I'm making but it sounded off that I ditched it.
Still hope someone recognizes the melody.
