>laptop boots up and does the same thing
>everything else works fine
>factory reset laptop
>it fixes
>fastforward 8 months
>exact same thing happens
>except this time the screen is just black
>reinstall windows
>tfw it doesn't fix it this time
>tfw device manager is not detecting the monitor
Any clue as to what the issue might be, or what I could even do to fix it?
I wiped and reinstalled windows through the windows 11 options using a HDMI cable with a different monitor (I couldn't do a factory reset through BIOS because it doesn't connect to the HDMI while in BIOS).
