Hey bwos, I had to return a hard drive today because it was pumping out errors and bad sectors on day one. I only formatted the drive, didn't put anything on it during the quick time I had it. However my friend told me that i should change my passwords and such because hard drives passively store information. Is this true and do I really have to do this? I'm exhausted and just want to be comfy and rest. Thank you for your time bwos, this is my first computer I have built myself and am still learning a lot.
