I need to hire someone to edit a document to lie about my net worth so I can get an apartment. I have spent the past hour searching on google, reddit, and the dark web for where to find such a person, and apparently this kind of stuff is rampant and commonplace, but I can't find anything anywhere.

While searching for this I found out there are a number of AI softwares that detect document altercation, so I was hoping to find someone who was good at this and wouldn't get me caught.
