Hi, i'm looking for any interviews or info dumps(videos or any format) that fall in this niche: a detailed behind the scenes look from an admin or owner of a live service game. They can own the whole thing or have a single custom server depending on the game's structure(examples: Minecraft, GMod, Multi Theft Auto, SA-MP, FiveM, RedM). Bonus points if it has spicy stuff like player/group favoritism, a janny goes on a power trip so the owner boots him and other similar shenanigans, lots of players quit because of x reason.
