I don't really know how the programs work but I'm guessing there's a way to export the models into a file format that blender or any other 3d modeling software can use

You need to dump the game files first and then you open the .brres itself. There's a really easy way to do it with dolphin I'm pretty sure

exactly, but the viewer itself doesn't work. even after Admin permission, compatibility mode. Nope, doesn't work at all.
