Have an old ass windows 7 computer that I'm cleaning the fuck out and there was a program called "Fast Connect" installed. Originally was "Constant Guard" and was offered by Comcast back a few years ago alongside Norton before they dropped them. Never used either program before and searching tells me very little about them, supposedly a password manager or something that protects data. I tried running it, but an error window just pops up saying Fast Connect had an unexpected error+an error code. Since I never used it nor does it appear to work anymore (site can't be accessed for Help), I uninstalled it. It asked if I wanted to save a file with its login info for a reinstall, but I selected for it to delete all files and related account info. Uninstall successful, but I noticed under Startup that it still shows up (though disabled a long time ago) under the name Constant Guard in a folder, but when I looked and enabled show hidden files nothing was there. Did I fuck something up? Why is there a ghost entry there?
