Does anyone know the origins of this video of Donald Trump shooting a gun in the air? I have found this image, along with a gif, and even a green screen that was posted to youtube but not the original video.

The footage seems to be from the third GOP debate held October 28 2015 and the earliest instance of the gun edit I can find is a GIF posted to tumblr on November 8 2015.
