it's mostly about this one teacher who's gotta deal with a sociopathic kid who hates adults but wishes to be one faster and faster, all the while with a dead mother, an absent father, and a bunch of other sappy shit going on. it IS heavy on fanservice, but if you can look past it, it's got a pretty good story.
..oh, and read the manga, not the anime. the anime flanderised some of the characters a bit.
