My dumb brother forgot the password that he himself set in his Motorola E phone and is begging for me to help him. I tried to do the factory reset thing, but it still asks for the password or gmail afterwards (which my brother also doesn't remember).

Is there a way I can fix this using a computer? I accept any suggestion.
