i saw this posted on channel4/4-ch's imageboard, and i was curious what the context for it was. upon entering the url (99.com) it seems like that url is now used by some chinese game company. looking on wayback machine, a lot of the snapshots didn't load correctly, so i wasn't able to find anything out that way either. so my questions are: what is the history of 99.com? did it used to be some kind of imageboard? and what is the relation to >>>/s4s/?
