I remember reading it on mangadex before 2021 for sure maybe even older, the story was about a jimiko office lady who was suddenly kinda(?) forced to have sex with a hot coworker,after they exchanged STD test results they fucked. I think the female also wore glasses not sure. But the general jimiko appearance looked like attached pic.
