I need to get this text effect, done via either layer styles or effects, im going to animate this text and use the same effect on a lot of images so it has to be done while keeping the actual words editable

Specifically the peach-ish highlights over the text, I know for a fact these were done with some kind of effect or layer style because i have a few dozen assets like this and the highlights are consistent across characters, not to mention they're also animated in way which im like 90% sure was done in adobe animate. I have the original font if that helps.
