Free? Or is it worth paying?
Need a restaurant /biz/ plan for the bank, have tried multiple but most want money for a full plan so which should I pick?
Just sub to ChatGPT or Grok? Or others that claim they're geared towards writing biz plans?

If you are in need of a business i rather suggest you crush the numbers yourself
Dont blame A"I" if your business fails
Even if its just for the Bank credit, do it yourself, if you too lazy to do a simple business plan you, or rather your business will fail

It's for increasing bank financing purposes on a commercial property with other rentals.
Problem is the restaurant tenants just left and I have no experience in the biz but I want to buy the property, so......
Profitability isn't a focus, anything beyond previous rent is a bonus. I'm confident long-term it'll all work out but the bank needs a plan to increase revenue immediately to increase loan amount

It's not that I'm too lazy, it's that I do not know what the bank wants to see nor do I have experience in creating a biz plan or in the industry.
Yes, I've crunched numbers and whatever but unsure how to accurately project numbers given the unique location. Even if I knew the profitability of others in the area, I can't use those numbers for a new business.

Keep in mind the razor thin margins and failure rate of restaurants and this being in small town USA, do tell how best to crunch these numbers for the bank?

I am sorry anon but i dont think i can help you here, living in germany we even get courses about building businesses and creating biz plans but we do not have the same "spending culture" and i do not want to give any false advice
