any time I click on any form of text, textbox, you name it, I get the usual flickering text line, even if I can't actually type in anything. it's gotten bad enough that it's actually doing it on the fuckin google logo. anyone know how to turn it off? it's been bothering me for fuckin ages (2 days.)

should note that I'm using edge for my main browser, I'm too autistic to trust any others.
