>>1510527>on the bottom USB port.Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention, but aren't both USB ports at the top side by side? I'm not sure why I had two drives in there, desu.
>Look at your Wii's system version, you're probably on 4.3U, but you need to know for ModMii. My Wii is version 4.1E, and I have BootMii not ModMii, v1.1.
>and stick in a SD card you know works (should be fat32 formatted)I only have the one at all unless I were to go out and buy a new one from somewhere, and it's been plugged in my Wii all this time. I think it works? The Wii seems to think there's one with 2251 blocks of open space and nothing on it.
>and use Bootmii to take a NAND backup Where / how do I do that?
>While that backup is running you can click at ModMii on your PC.I opened that link earlier but otherwise haven't touched ModMii. I did download that Wii Backup Manager somebody mentioned
>While that backup is running you can click at ModMii on your PC. You already have the HBC so it's dead easy, it'll ask you some details about your system and what you want. It'll give you some files to put on your SD card to stick in your Wii, and it'll write you a bespoke guideJust to confirm before I go pulling the trigger on something potentially stupid, you want mt to download that BootMii program, take a backup onto this SD card however (assuming it does work), and then I'll be putting the pirated games on it? I'm not confident my PC even has a way to read SD cards.
I really wish I could look on those pen drives for archeological purposes though if nothing else, there's two save games on my Wii which are the two games I was planning to pirate, neither of which I thought I'd pirated previously. Now I'm wondering if I bought both and completely forgot about it, or if I had the idea to pirate them previously and then forgot about it.
