I have been roaming with the next settings in Xresources

Xft.dpi: 96 (this is supposed to be the right dpi value, really its more like 97 but meh)
Term*faceSize: 24
#xterm*font: *-fixed-*-*-*-18*
but either this or
#Term*faceSize: 24
xterm*font: *-fixed-*-*-*-18*
make too much space between the letters. How can can be configurated in order
to be a more less splashed across the screen?
