I've finally got my eating under control and have a diet of mainly whole foods with a lot of protein every day.
My issue is with working out. I have never been able to stick with it for more than a few months.
>always go way overboard with counting/pushing myself and never feel like I've done enough
>hate having to fuck around with equipment
>hate over or under focusing on form
>hate feeling like shit during and after
I've mainly done weightlifting and calisthenics in the past as it's what most people recommend. What else can I do to keep healthy while also not losing my mind and getting extremely pissed off when having to do it?
