>>1511505It's a character from a Gmod series called """Legally""". The Sfmlabs is more or less the source for the model and the guy's workshop as well. It seems he either used another model as a base and used PAC3 to edit or it was from some obscure game (iowa fishing simulator 4) that he was given assets to use, I say this because another model called Legally Girl obviously used the Yoruichi model from Jump Force and he even admitted this in one of his videoes.
