For some reason whenever I use Notepad and select "Edit", the drop menu always displays on top instead of on the bottom. No matter what position the window is in it'll do this every time.
Pic related is what it looks like. File and View don't do this, they drop down like normal, it's only Edit does this and I can't figure out why. My Edit menu in Photoshop also does a similar thing, but it moves to the right instead of dropping down like it should and it's all misaligned. How do I fix this?
