i need a fairly simple schedule-maker software. i have 7 employees that do 24 hour shifts. all of them have other, primary, job so at the beginning of every month they give me 5-10 days that they are not available. the software im looking for should have options for adding employees, adding restrictions for each of them and adding general restrictions (for example maximum of 3 consecutive 24h shifts, no more than 3 weekend days per month etc)

as you can imagine, there are many overlaps and it takes me longer than i would like to make a balanced schedule that everyone is happy with.

im sure such a thing as described above exists, but now it gets tricky, i need it to be free to download, free to run and use, no login required program that runs locally on my computer
