Look into TMPGEnc software
https://tmpgenc.pegasys-inc.com/en/index.htmlI paid for and currently use Smart Renderer and it works great (you do need internet for long term use because it is DRM activated). I've never had an issue with activation/usage but I always have an internet connection.
Look into their Authoring Works thing. I've considered getting it to complement making blurays, but I don't really do that much anymore.
They do have a free trial also.
