When I used to browse this site more regularly, like 2013-2016, I would sometimes come across pictures of this guy who I can only describe as extremely weird-looking.

He was brown, no idea what his ethnicity was (if I was to guess, Indian or Caribbean). He had a bowl cut, wore a white wife-beater, wore a gold chain around his neck, and was very muscular. In fact, one of the things that made him look so weird was the fact that his face looked too “thin” and small for his built/muscular physique. In one of the pictures that people would post of him, a white desktop PC from the late 90s or early 00s could be seen in the background.

Can you guys post the pictures of him, and, if you have it, any information on his name, identity, background, or at least country of origin?

Pic kinda related; anytime I saw him he reminded me of Xavier for some reason.
