I want to make a "simple" animation with some images I made on ms paint, something like the old power point animations, it'd be some characters with some dialogue and some small facial changes (like a presentation), in video format.
Is there any free software which I can do this without it being too hard to do it?
I want something kind of like this banner I just got from this site (but in video format).
