Retrieving My Work From Work Laptop

I work at a big tech company that operstes with google suite and slack. I want to keep a personal backup of my work and also my work contacts. However our access policy requires everything work related be done on their laptop or a phone they have admin rights on etc. We also cant use flashdrives.
Theoretically there is no comapny barring me from sending my contacts to myself. non-prioprietary work product is a grey zone. I know I would not trigger any formal infosec policy violation policy if I sent my contacts ri myself. But I am worried there is an unofficial shit list of some sort that I do not want to get on.
Other than autistically printing everything, is there any safe way for me to move my stuff around without sd card/flash drive or using email?
