Hello I live in the Netherlands for the last few years. My ex girlfriend hired a crackhead that attacked me in my sleep in my bed, in my room. Which gave me eye and brain damage. After that I was wandering like a madman on the streets for over an year. Until I managed to covet my contact person all requirements. I had an conversation with my contact person this January again, on which conversation I asked to go back to my country to do some paperwork he required. So permission was granted, and we split like friends. Two weeks later I got a letter from the Gemeente, that's my uitkering is stopped and that my contact person has been changed and now I have 4 days to deliver the documents or else my welfare would be terminated and I will be fined. Now I feel a bit lied and tricked that I get a green light on the appointment and red light in a letter from two weeks later.
Is it possible that this turned just a simple misunderstanding, it seems a bit strange way of a system
