trying to find this artist, I believe his twitter @ starts with Mc-something. He draws little anime girls looking sad or blank faced sitting down staring at you while there's text that says 今日は雨 or something else about the weather on it as well. The colours are dark, sometimes there's a spiral on the background. It's a creepy vibe. pic not really related but it does sort of look like this
