My first thought was to just download the anime and get it from there, however this specific version only appears in the ED of the last episode, and therefore has scrolling credits in the way (pic related), which doesn't happen in the youtube video. Since this version of this OP is seen nowhere else in the BD release, I assume it's exclusive to the TV version, so somewhere to download the TV version of negima!? would be fine too (I couldn't find the TV version on nyaa).
