From personal experience, replacing your 4chan online-social-interaction-addiction with some other form of online social interaction won't actually improve anything.
Focus on hobbies you can enjoy by yourself or interacting with people IRL.

Normies never accepted no matter how hard I tried so I don't bother anymore. I just do the bare minimum to get through the day.

I don't really have much money or space for a hobby. I'm also sickly so I don't leave the house as much.

Hobbies require you to have money, and interacting with other people IRL means... going outside and interacting with other people. Both are difficult for the average NEET.

Pirate WWE shows. Develop videogames. Amass knowledge about birds. Learn shit just to edit it into wikipedia. Pay 10 bucks on mullvad and pentest random websites. Get old comic books for cheap, cut the characters out and collage them into your own original yaoi comics.
