I sent a package to a buyer in the US. Tracking information says "unsuccessful delivery to recipient". The address, phone number etc. is all accurate.

The guy says he hasn't received any calls from any shipping company. Why's that? At least here in Finland, you get contacted immediately if you're about to receive a package and instructions on where to pick it up after a failed delivery attempt.
The last thing I want is the shipment to get returned back to Finland, because shipping alone cost 150 bucks.

So where should the guy call to get his package? I have no clue what company is handling the delivery in his end.
