Poincaré is literally known as "the last universalist" because he was the last nigga to be goated in every field of mathematics that existed at the time (which is actually more impressive in terms of breadth than a lot of the other examples I'll give).
Goethe famously contributed to literature and acts as a sort of weird example because afaik most of his contributions to science are basically meme shit by modern standards. Similarly with Aristotle (philosophy, extremely influential on western science (by being recurrently wrong), taught Alexander).
Descartes is famous in philosophy and arguably even more famous in mathematics, having basically invented the coordinate system.

of course also im looking for contrasting ones, like how he went from athlete(winner) to artist(winner/successful) basically, for comparison ben franklin who went from writer to inventor(writer)

Einstein continued off other people's work for the theory of special relativity, yes.
Anyhow, no one glazes Einstein for special relativity, people glaze him for general relativity.

I can't really think of any examples of people who left their mark on history through multiple unrelated fields, sorry. But tbqh Arnold pretty much leveraged his physique to get acting roles and then leveraged his acting fame to become governor, so he's not really a good example of independent achievements either.

if you think about it in modern times with the mass media, if you are already successful to be successful in politics is not so meritorious, because democracy rewards the one who has more showcase in the media, so in the list you put politics is not an achievement per se, or at least in modern times

But, the whole thing really is rigged. If the right people like you, they will make sure you get chances to do things. You don't need to have any talent at all to be in TV or Movies either, just people trying to get you in the spot.
