Scavengers reign is fucking incredible.
Bojack Horseman, at its best, is also fantastic. At its worst, it's decent enough.
The Last Airbender is consistently pretty good.
For more lighthearted episodic cartoons, Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law are very well written.
Primal is fun.
You're probably going to get recommended all of the following "good" cartoons, but don't bother with:

>Love Death and Robots
Haven't seen invincible yet, but I've heard great things.
